Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Kuiper team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Operations Manager III. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing warehouse managers, technicians, leads in functional areas such as material receipt, picking, kitting, or material delivery. You are comfortable with ambiguity and will set the vision for our long-term operational planning as well as our daily execution of tasks, ensuring the team consistently executes to meet customer needs. You recognize that your people are the key to success and use your energy, motivation and innovation to earn trust with your team every day. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will range from labor planning to strategic projects to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services. This role will be a Monday - Friday night shift role, but candidates must be open to all shifts.
