The Operations Manager (Field Supervisor) will support our initiatives that protect employees, customers, and assets allowing all our team members to return home safely every day. This role is instrumental in achieving success through hard work, integrity, and developing yourself and others. * Direct leadership/supervision for 50+ Protectors (field-based crews) * Field Responsibilities include site visits, inspections, ensure safety, quality and training opportunities * Management Responsibilities include coaching, motivating, and development of team * Recruitment, onboarding, and training (full life cycle) * Address concerns promptly and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service * Facilitate teambuilding efforts and regular communications with team members * Oversee operations, prepare daily schedules and day to day operational requirements, oversee the maintenance of company assets * Planning traffic control staffing requirements, monitoring and evaluating customer requirements and coordinating service * Administrative requirements, organizing and maintaining office files, completing reports ## Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED completion req
