We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Operations Manager with excellent analytical and leadership skills, to take ownership of Driver Operations (Driver Growth and Engagement) and Vehicles & Fleets in Paraguay, Asuncion. Your role will involve designing strategies and executing projects to grow the driver base on the platform while ensuring strong retention rates. Additionally, you will oversee the development of the fleet business and ensure a healthy, well-balanced marketplace in terms of vehicle availability and quality. Your role will have a direct and tangible impact through continuous improvement of the driver and rider experience by strengthening Bolt's value proposition in Paraguay. You will be working alongside other Operations Managers of different seniority levels and report directly to the General Manager. You will be involved in the definition and implementation of the strategy for the Paraguayan market, with a full entrepreneurial view & hold a key strategic position in the management of the team in Paraguay.
