Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and equivalent experience working in a derivatives back or middle office environment, Minimum 5 years Investment/Derivatives industry experience with an emphasis on trade life-cycle and settlements, Excellent analytical skills, high level of accuracy, the ability to think through problems, assess a variety of factors and recommend solutions, Solid organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, the ability to readily adapt to rapidly changing environments and deal with competing priorities

Team player with demonstrated experience building and maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally, Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments, Influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders in a sophisticated and demanding business environment
What You'll Do.
derivative trade life cycle processing
OTC and margin settlements
fielding audit inquiries
liaising with Front Office and Solutions Team
collateral management
static data maintenance
Establish working relationships with various business unit managers and traders to ensure a timely and accurate trade life cycle.
Stay current with global regulatory changes as it relates to derivatives reform and provide recommendation for changes that may impact the current internal controls environment.
Interact with the Accounting and Middle Office teams on issues pertaining to valuation and data integrity
Develop an understanding of the current derivatives landscape and how global financial reform impacts our firm
Oversee each component of the derivatives back office and act as the main escalation group contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
