What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or a Chief of Staff-type function, Proven ability to build and manage operational systems from the ground up: meeting cadences, trackers, process documentation, and communications frameworks, analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in crafting compelling presentations and concise written updates for senior audiences, High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity — you see a gap and address it without waiting to be asked, Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies that help teams work smarter
Nice to Have
Familiarity with goal setting processes, organization structures and product portfolios, Experience with Google Workspace, Quip/Slack canvases, and Smartsheet, Prior experience supporting a senior executive or C-suite leader
What You'll Do.
Own and manage key operational cadences including staff meetings

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve how the team works across the organization
Support the end-to-end V2MOM process for Data Solutions leadership
ensuring alignment to corporate priorities and effective goal-cascading across the org
Track progress against strategic priorities and surface insights that inform executive decision-making
Lead training and enablement programs that help the team stay current on tools
and Salesforce priorities
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives in partnership with leadership
Serve as a connective bridge between Data Solutions and cross-functional partners across DET
Prepare briefing materials
and exec-ready presentations for the CDO and senior leadership
Support communications strategy for the Data Solutions pillar
including internal announcements and leadership updates
