Full Job Description

## Description Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Corrosion Manager to lead and expand our Corrosion/Cathodic Protection (CP) division. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all operational, technical, financial, and personnel functions associated with corrosion compliance services across multiple states. The Corrosion Manager will provide strategic leadership while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitable division growth. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in cathodic protection systems along with proven experience managing field operations, teams, and service-based business performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field credibility, operational discipline, financial accountability, and customer relationship management to build and maintain a high-performing regional corrosion services division. ## Additional Information Qualifications Experience in corrosion control, cathodic protection, or related industries Leadership experience managing field operations and personnel Strong knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred NACE/AMPP certifications Multi-state operations experience Environmental compliance or petroleum industry background   Benefits: Company Vehicle, 401K, Life Insurance, AFLAC, certifications
