Must Have

What You'll Do.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Auto loans Onboarding department
Manage team production and outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to a team
Oversee loan processing for Auto-Refinance
Auto-secured Personal Loan
and Auto-Indirect lending products
Ensure the Auto Loan Onboarding team is meeting all target KPIs
and mentorship to associates and associate managers
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Auto Loans team
Help develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance
Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs
Prepare and present reports and updates on team performance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with other key leaders across Upstart; Collaborate with other departments, including Product and Engineering, Learning and Development, and Quality assurance; Work closely alongside the Head of Auto Loans, Workforce Management and Finance
