The Operations Manager is responsible for the success of day-to-day operations for TransWest personnel, fleet and operational processes. They will coordinate, facilitate and report on operational performance, safety performance and company policy adherence while planning, leading and executing process improvement initiatives. Ensure all shifts are filled daily without exception.
