The Operations Manager is responsible for the success of day-to-day operations for TransWest personnel, fleet and operational processes. They will coordinate, facilitate and report on operational performance, safety performance and company policy adherence while planning, leading and executing process improvement initiatives. The Location Manager will need to work in partnership with multiple departments to ensure accuracy in all operational verticals. **Compensation:** * $95,000 \- $115,000 / Year * Annual Discretionary Bonus Program **Benefits:** * Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance * 401(k) with matching * Annual pay raises * Paid Time Off up to 80 hours per year with increasing amounts based on your years of service **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, plan, and execute operational plans for current and new service lines, including schedules, routes, vehicle and driver assignments, training, back-end tool set up (online software, WIFI, GPS tracking etc..) and all other aspects relating to operational success. Ensure all shifts are filled daily without exception. Work closely with our Program Management Team and Scheduling Team to ensure alignment and to ensure we are delivering a high quality service. * Monitor shuttle operation’s data for efficiency; identify issues of poor operational performance and notify local leadership as needed.
