What You'll Do.

monitoring the existing underwriting systems used for efficiency

devise strategies to present to IT for improvements

manage transition or transformation of Starr’s goals

communicate the need for change and involve people in developing the change

develop and implement release management strategies across all underwriting platforms

engage with end-users to develop

evaluate and execute User Acceptance Testing prior to production implementation

manage change management communications

monitor and assess post-implementation and address issues as they arise
