10+ years in a similar position, customer orientation, Ability to lead people and get results through others, Strategic planning, Process improvement and change management, Manufacturing systems development and deployment, Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and analysis

What You'll Do.

Oversee Medical manufacturing

HSE programs and site security

Manage areas of responsibility to ensure minimum costs

Prepare the Medical division to meet future growth

Implement HSE improvement strategies

Implement Smiths Minimal Technical standards

Monitor leading Indicators and objectives

Use statistical data to identify trends

Assist with remediation activities

Work with regulatory agencies

Be the liaison for Loss Prevention programs

Oversee Medical inventory control

Review operations and plans

Ensure standards for product quality are maintained

Ensure fixed assets are preserved

monitor and report on operating costs

Provide notice of cost and labor overruns

Implement solutions to problems

Assure good employee relations

Establish challenging targets for improvement

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaisons with customers on quality issues; Works closely with Flex-Tek HSE Divisional Director; Works closely with engineering; Assures good employee relations

Process & Methodology

Strategic planning, Process improvement and change management
