Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours, Open to travel up to 10% of the time, Office and plant setting, Plant environment includes wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals, Noise level can be moderate but can be loud in production area, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Specific vision includes close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus, Frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or reach with hands and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years’ relevant or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership, Experience using a variety of computer applications, including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office programs

What You'll Do.

Oversee all shift production operations

Direct salaried and hourly production group leaders

Ensure smooth and efficient processes

Foster employee relations

and recognition programs

Ensure best practices in safety

and personnel management

Partner internally for layout design improvements

Oversee automation improvement projects

Implement cost-saving initiatives

Meet or exceed goals for yields and operational efficiencies

Continuously look for ways to improve processes

Maintain a competitive edge

Implement and maintain safety and ergonomic programs

Ensure employees are trained in safety protocols

Observe and enforce safety rules and practices

Identify and address hazards

Set measurable goals to reduce injuries

Maintain high product quality and safety standards

Ensure all processes align with HACCP and SSOP protocols

Address product failures and foreign material issues

Ensure all staff are well-versed in CCPs and HACCP plan

Ensure that all operating procedures are followed and updated

Step in or delegate responsibilities in absence of key personnel
