3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management, Knowledge and experience working with automated order fulfillment systems, Knowledge of WMS systems, quality and productivity measurements & processes, Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Ability to articulate your position and achieve buy in, Solid organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive relationships at every level, Creative problem-solving ability and multi-tasking competing priorities, Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to overcome obstacles and deliver results, Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal
