What They're Looking For.
Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, Two (2) years or more experience in an operations environment or demonstrated success in a Ryder role required, 0 to One (1) year Supervisory experience required
Nice to Have
Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred, Ability to work with reporting systems to pull data for analysis and decision making is strongly (preferred), Experience using Microsoft word and excel intermediate preferred, Experience with Fleet Management Software preferred, Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment preferred

Manage operations and personnel for locations
Optimize labor at the shop
Manage customer relationship management
Maintain appearance and maintenance of assigned location
Ensure shop delivers against Net Maintenance Cost per Unit objectives
Oversee execution of Automated Planning System
Manage performance against metrics
Ensure compliance with company processes

Cross-functional coordination; Collaborate with Sales Team; Collaborate with Rental; Work with vendor sourcing group
