Must Have
18 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years Restaurant or retail management experience, Valid, state-issued driver's license, Complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs, Able to work a variety of shifts, Able to travel as needed, Detail-oriented, Organized, Able to manage multiple priorities, Self-driven, Flexible, Energetic, Analytical communication skills, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Able to recognize and analyze problems, Able to set goals, Able to create plans, Able to convert plans into action, Able to solve problems

What You'll Do.
Execute Restaurant operations functions
Act as manager on duty
Ensure accountability
Enforce Raising Cane’s policies
Enforce Raising Cane’s standards
Execute shift management
Meet operations standards
Meet safety standards
Support shift execution
Take corrective action
Deploy Crewmembers during a shift
Provide exemplary customer service
Utilize reward and recognition program
Authorize employee functions
Ensure cleanliness of the Restaurant
Ensure facility is in good working order
Complete other duties as assigned
