Operations Manager 📍 Onsite| Full-Time | Service Delivery As an Operations Manager at Openwork, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our branch running smoothly while leading and developing a team of recruiters. This is a true player–coach role where you’ll manage your own recruiting desk while also coaching others, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for both talent and clients. In this role, you’ll also serve as a key client-facing partner for our large manufacturing client, supporting day-to-day workforce needs while also stepping into more strategic convers
