Must Have
10+ years of experience inside a creative or marketing agency: design, content, web delivery, or similar, A background that spans multiple disciplines: graphic design (brand and print), digital content, web builds, and paid or organic marketing, Deep familiarity with WordPress ( Elementor) you know how to operate it., Experience with Shopify and ideally Squarespace, A eye for design: you can walk into a layout and immediately identify what's wrong, Exceptional attention to detail in copy, Comfort with AI tools and an understanding of how they're being applied in modern marketing workflows, Experience with Google Suite, Gmail, and project management platforms (Teamwork or similar), communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to manage clients and team members with professionalism, High personal standards. What You'll Do.
Reviewing all client deliverables before they go out: quality control
Managing and organising the team's workflow via Teamwork (project management
utilisation schedules)
Overseeing and improving SOPs and project delivery processes
Supporting the delivery of websites across WordPress (Elementor preferred)
Critiquing design and content work: flagging layout issues
and anything that shouldn't go to a client
Coordinating client communications using established templates
and managing escalations professionally
Contributing to and overseeing email campaigns
