We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Manager to take ownership of core internal workflows and systems, with a focus on Google Workspace and Airtable. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just use tools—but builds, manages, and optimizes them to support day-to-day business operations. This person will operate in a small, fast-moving environment, while bringing perspective from more structured or larger organizations to help implement scalable, best-practice processes. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Own and manage workflows within Google Workspace and Airtable * Build, maintain, and optimize operational processes across systems * Ensure systems are structured, organized, and functioning effectively day-to-day * Collaborate with leadership to translate evolving SOPs into scalable workflows * Identify gaps and proactively improve processes and automation * Support documentation and build toward more standardized, scalable operations **Requirements** * Proven experience owning systems and workflows (not just using them) * Strong hands-on experience with Airtable and Google Workspace * Ability to understand and manage end-to-end operational processes * Experience working in small or evolving environments, with the ability to operate independently * Exposure to larger or more structured organizations, with an understanding of best practices for scalable systems and processes * Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping define structure as the role evolves **Benefits** Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
