This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact Operations Manager role within our Allied Health division of Healthcare Australia. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will lead operational delivery across a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce spanning podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetics, ensuring excellence in service delivery across aged care, home care, and community settings. In this non-clinical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving workforce performance, client satisfaction and financial outcomes across multiple service lines and regions. You will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, optimising workforce capacity, and enabling sustainable business growth. Let's talk about you!
