This role supports FLINT’s success by driving operational excellence, fostering strong client and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and legislative standards. What would you be doing? * Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. * Oversee daily operations (shop and field) to meet production, quality, cost, and schedule targets. * Convert business priorities into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control. * Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors, including negotiations and issue resolution. * Lead workforce activities, including scheduling, supervision, training, performance management, and HR collaboration.
