If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus._ _This role involves_ will be responsible _for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._ * _Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._ * _Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._ * _Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._ * _Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._ * _Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._ * _Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._ * _Coach and mentor Operations team._ * _Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes._ * _Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** _• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business or related field._ _• Advanced English level proficiency._ _• Experience in similar position in electronic- manufacturing environment._ _• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an electronics manufacturing enviroment._ _• Strong people management experience, leading direct and indire
