5+ years of relevant experience in operations and administration, at least three years with USG rules and regulations, Prior work in a non-governmental organization (NGO), Ability to spend long hours looking at a computer screen and doing repetitive work on a keyboard

What You'll Do.

Manage day-to-day operational activities

Ensure operations and administrative activities consistent with work plan

Monitor and enforce compliance with policies

Track and monitor administrative and operational documents

Coordinate and monitor program activities

Oversee administrative activities related to logistics

and recommend solutions

Manage project's filing system

Maintain contacts with management and staff

Perform other duties assigned
