Must Have
Over three years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home healthcare or hospice services, knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards, Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency, problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service, Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to build and shape a best-in-class team
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services including scheduling of patient visits and new patient intake
Ensure compliance with all federal

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
Monitor and manage budgets
