What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of the department

Ensure that projects are completed timely

Proactively address and manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience

Will have department Budget and P&L responsibility with the expectation of effectively controlling labor and material costs
Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily
monthly and yearly performance reviews
Will assist with hiring
training and developing new employees
