Glovo offers an exciting opportunity for a data-focused, analytical professional who obsesses over details and is always looking for how to improve the performance of our couriers and partners (food and grocery). You will have access to unlimited data to facilitate creative decision-making and cooperate with a world-class team that can turn your recommendations for the country’s operations into an efficient reality. This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations. THE JOURNEY * Analysing relevant data to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations. * Improving and contributing to the upgrading of the delivery time, the efficiency of the couriers and delivery’s costs. * Closely cooperating with the global operations team and General Manager right-hand in any strategic topic. * Ensuring operational excellence and stellar customer experience, by strategic management of supply chain status. * Assessing strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitativ
