ClearPoint is hiring an Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to lead our business operational function. This is a hands-on, mid-level role - ideal for someone who's ready to take real ownership and grow into it, whether you're already operating at this level or looking to make it your next career move. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution: you spot a gap, fill it, and leave things better than you found them . You’ll have genuine breadth: facilities and office environment, corporate systems, events and travel, sustainability, corporate policies, Health & Safety, and team leadership. You’ll also bring the technical confidence to get hands-on with our technology platforms and drive our ISO 27001 programme when it counts. You’ll work closely with the COO
