About the role Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable. Your daily adventures will include: Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders. Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia. Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.). Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business. Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures. Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics. Taking ownership of Bolt’s growth in Slovakia by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives.
