Must Have
7+ years of experience in an operations or manufacturing environment, 5+ years of direct manufacturing leadership and people management experience, Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals, building cross-functional relationships, effectively managing boundaries, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening), flexibility to adjust schedules to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
What You'll Do.
Supervise operations teams directly in attaining production

Determine operational requirements for equipment
and scheduling to optimize daily facility operations
Lead the implementation and execution of site continuous improvement and Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) initiatives to promote improved operational and business results
and develop staff by establishing clear goals
providing regular feedback
and conducting performance evaluations to build capability
Participate in establishing annual operating plans
manage department operating budgets
ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
