Full Job Description
A strategic and people leader and a large team, the Ops Manager of Amazon INFC. She/he create Building level cost efficiencies at a Six sigma level deliverables, coupled with driving Regional/National level key Brilliant Basics Initiatives. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities: 1) Ensure a safe work environment for all associates Lead and supervise a team of Area Managers, TL's as Direct reportees supported by PAs and Associates in Operations. 2) Responsible for the overall Safety, Quality, Productivity and Delivery performance of Operations. 3) Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; resolve problems; and address staffing needs. 4) Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce/deliver during the day to meet the overall building objectives. 5) Ensuring Building heath and inventory metrics with best in class quality metrics. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
