What You'll Do.
Ensure a safe work environment
Lead and supervise a team

Productivity and Delivery performance
Appraise resolve and address staffing needs
Review work forecasts
Determine productivity requirements
Ensure Building heath and inventory metrics
Ensure BM rates and OP2 throughput deliverables
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
Understand system interventions for order processing
Apprise teams of new process implementation
Carryout machine planning periodically
Remove/reduce capacity constraints
Ensure best practices in people management
Accountable for FC's compliance
Manage People and team development
Understand Flex levers
Take up new Amazon technicalities
Create leaders and talent pipeline
