Bachelor's Degree, PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices, verbal and written communication skills, Instills commitment to organizational goals, Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Able to prioritize work, Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, mechanical skills, Effective interpersonal skills Excellent influencing skills, Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors), Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

What You'll Do.

Support the shop management process

Assist in cost savings

Assist in customer retention

Assist in metric-based initiatives

Work cross functionally across Operations

Responsible for customer relationship activities

Provide quality customer interface

Proactive customer management

Ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with the rental department

Ensure maximum utilization

Partner with Sales staff on customer calls

Manage maintenance overheads

Ensure policy and processes are followed

Optimize running costs

Optimize maintenance overheads

Coordinate with Maintenance

Ensure accurate PM scheduling

Follow up on breakdowns

Oversee vehicle status

Oversee Technician work planning for efficiency

Oversee Technician training

Oversee Technician flexibility

Relocation within the business unit

Perform other duties as assigned
