Bachelor's Degree, PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner

Nice to Have

1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience

What You'll Do.

Provide quality customer interface

Proactive customer management

Resolve customer issues

Ensure maximum rental utilization

Partner with Sales staff on customer calls

Manage running costs and maintenance

Coordinate with Maintenance

Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental; Work alongside Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results as one team

Communication Scope

verbal and written communication skills; Effective interpersonal excellent influencing skills
