What You'll Do.
Provide quality customer interface
Proactive customer management
Resolve customer issues
Ensure maximum rental utilization
Partner with Sales staff on customer calls
Manage running costs and maintenance
Coordinate with Maintenance
Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental; Work alongside Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results as one team
Communication Scope
