Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices, verbal and written communication skills, Instills commitment to organizational goals, Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Able to prioritize work, Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, mechanical skills, Effective interpersonal skills Excellent influencing skills, Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors), Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Nice to Have
1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience
What You'll Do.
Support shop management process
Assist in cost savings
Assist in customer retention
Assist in metric-based initiatives
Provide quality customer interface
Manage maintenance overheads
Ensure policy and processes are followed
Ensure accurate PM scheduling
Oversee Technician work planning
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work cross functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental; Coordinate with the rental department; Partner with Sales staff on customer calls; Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing; Work as a member of a team
