Dynamis, Inc. is hiring an experienced operations and program support professional to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS), one of the nation's premier federal law enforcement and facility security agencies. Our team provides direct support to FPS's dynamic, mission-critical operations spanning daily workflow management, training and compliance, policy and SharePoint administration, and operational reporting across a nationwide footprint. You'll work alongside FPS leadership, regional personnel, and key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance with DHS and FPS requirements, and advance the agency's mission objectives. This is high-visibility work at the intersection of federal operations, program management, and homeland security where your expertise shapes how FPS runs, adapts, and serves the nation. The Operations Management Analyst keeps FPS's operations running smoothly and its programs performing at a high level. You'll manage daily workflows, support training and compliance activities, maintain policies and SharePoint systems, and develop the reports, briefings, and operational documentation that leadership relies on to make decisions. You'll track operational metrics, support leadership briefings, coordinate training, and drive process improvements that boost program effectiveness and organizational performance.
