This is an Operations & Maintenance contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment. The objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing and administrative functions. The Operations Manager is responsible for the hard services of the facility, manages the client relationship, directly leads a team of technical staff and scheduler/planners, plans preventative maintenance, repairs, lifecycles and develops and manages budgets. A great amount of attention to managing the customer expectations is required along with transparent communication. The role requires coordination and oversight of work with technical trades and engineers. **Schedule:** The Operations Manager will primarily be assigned to the Saturday–Monday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM shift, while overseeing operational performance across both the day (5:30 AM–6:00 PM) and night (5:30 PM–6:00 AM) shifts during that timeframe. **How you will do it** Specific duties include the following: * Customer service mindset with very strong communication and people skills. * I
