This posting is intended to collect expressions of interest for potential future opportunities As an Operations & Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operations and maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient project delivery by integrating cost control, inventory management, materials coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate operations and maintenance projects, ensuring schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables are effectively managed. * Monitor budgets and support cost control through tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Manage inventory and materials, including procurement, stock levels, and supply coordination. * Support operational efficiency by assisting with maintenance planning and process improvements. * Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and organizational standards. ## Qualifications * Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, maintenance, or similar roles. * Experience with cost tracking, inventory systems, and materials management processes. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel required); experience with ERP or CMMS systems is an asset.
