What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Railway, or Systems Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 10 years of professional experience in railway system operations, maintenance, and management under a railway operator and a consultant, Proven experience in Asian countries is mandatory, Demonstrated experience in predictive maintenance programs, system testing, and commissioning, Knowledge of safety standards, HAZARD/HAZOP procedures, and operational risk management, Skills in documentation, e. g. technical reporting, presentation material preparation, etc. (Able to produce report/presentation material), Excellent written & verbal communication and coordination skills for managing multi-disciplinary teams

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with the appointed O&M Concessionaire; Ensure effective coordination and information flow between O&M specialists and other technical disciplines; Serve as the primary coordination interface with the appointed O&M Concessionaire; Facilitate alignment between the project’s technical deliverables and the O&M Concessionaire’s operational and maintenance requirements; Support coordination on mobilization planning, staffing assumptions, training frameworks, and operational procedures; Ensure effective knowledge transfer and information exchange between contractors, the project team, and the O&M Concessionaire; Liaise with the Client, General Consultant leadership, Contractors, and the O&M Concessionaire on O&M issues; Lead and participate in O&M-related workshops, coordination meetings, and technical reviews; Managing multi-disciplinary teams
