Must Have
5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance management, working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, familiarity with LTSA and vendor contracts, Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, UpKeep, Fiix, or equivalent), ability to enforce data discipline across a team, Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR, OSHA 30, and NFPA 70E certifications
Nice to Have
preferably within data center, energy, or critical infrastructure environments, data center certifications (CDCP, CDCE) a plus
