Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations, Knowledge of Load Restraint requirements, BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain), Proactive communicator who takes ownership

Run Load Restraint courses
Routine trailer audits
Weekly Driver Toolboxes
Report and resolve safety hazards
