1–3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, warehouse operations, or supply chain, Knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs clearance, and transportation processes, Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, Excel, or logistics tracking systems, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field, English communication skills preferred for international logistics roles, Experience with international trade documentation, Familiarity with air, ocean, and ground freight, Knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classification, Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis, Korean, English, or Chinese language skills depending on trade lanes

ABOUT THE JOB The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role ensures shipments are delivered on time, documentation is accurate, costs are controlled, and logistics operations comply with company policies and customs or transportation regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and suppliers. - Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays, documentation issues, or delivery problems. - Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, and customs documents. - Communicate with internal teams including purchasing, sales, warehouse, finance, and customer service. - Monitor logistics costs and support freight quotation, cost comparison, and invoice verification. - Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP, TMS, WMS, or internal tracking systems. - Support import/export customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations. - Manage delivery schedules, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination. - Identify process improvements to reduce cost, improve delivery performance, and increase operational efficiency. - Prepare regular logistics reports including shipment status, lead time, cost, and issue tracking. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred. - 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, warehouse operations, or supply chain. - Knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs clearance, and transportation processes. - Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, Excel, or logistics tracking systems. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - English communication skills preferred for internatio
