Key aspects of the role include: - Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results - Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement - Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones - Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates. - Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams. This includes actively gathering knowledge by participating in activities such as pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and associates. - Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential for this position. - Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required. -
