The GSF LM team at Amazon India is hiring for a Business Analyst position, seeking a candidate with a strong performance record and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex problems into structured, executable plans, and comfort with high ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft tools, Excel Macro and capable of working with big data from multiple sources. Core responsibilities include setting up robust processes to drive consumer experience improvements, identifying and executing automation projects and rolling out best practices from other geographies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across business, operations, and technical functions using data and facts, and earn trust across varied teams without formal authority.
