Flexdrive, a subsidiary of Lyft that offers vehicle access to Lyft drivers through a flexible car rental subscription program, is seeking a passionate, organized, and bold Operations Lead to join our team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for leading a team and overseeing a fleet of vehicles. Your duties will include leading and developing a team of Operations Associates, driving operational excellence, fostering a value-based culture of continuous improvement through deep data analysis and problem-solving to identify performance gaps and delivering on company’s key performance metrics. At one of our Flexdrive facilities, you and your team will support the community through Lyft's Express Drive program, a key driver of our growth. Lyft drivers are the backbone of our customer-obsessed organization, and your role will be to ensure that every interaction with them has a purpose to serve and connect. Responsibilities: Accountable for your market’s business health and strives to deliver on Flexdrive OKRs by frequently analyzing market level data for performance gaps, managing fleet operational costs and process improvement opportunities Lead the team responsible for assisting Lyft drivers through the end-to-end rental process of the Express Drive Program; ensuring all team members are up-to-date on all trainings and processes Foster team member growth and development by conducting regular 1:1 meetings and professional development discussions, while coaching through timely and constructive feedback Drive high utilization metrics by managing the vehicle supply lifecycle across your market, from in-fleeting to maintenance to decommissioning and
