What They're Looking For.
Must Have
TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph, 4 or more years of executive administration experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, Direct experience providing EA and/or COS-like support to a Front Office team within the IC, Ability to support full-time on site between 8am-4pm core hours, Ability to support the FO leadership team from various sites in the Northern VA area, Exposure to operational mission sets, Prior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalism, Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow i. e. interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team members
