What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Students currently enrolled in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, HR, or related fields, Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution, Initial experience (internships or part-time roles) in People Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative environments, Fluent English required, Native Italian required
Nice to Have
Exposure to logistics, coordination, vendors, or facilities is a plus, organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset, Stakeholder mindset: curiosity and interest in understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams, Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires
Assist with employee documentation (contracts
amendments) and payroll checks
Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems
Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders
Support the team in the process of opening new study centers
Assist in coordinating facilities
and basic operational needs
Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development

📍 Milan About the role We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically. This internship is designed as a learning experience, ideal for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up.
