Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a classic operations internship. You won't manage slide decks, shadow senior staff, or run coffee errands. From day one, you'll own real parts of the business — and your default response to anything manual should be to automate it away. You'll report directly to a founder and be expected to move fast, fix things that are broken, and build systems that scale. This is a 3–6 month paid internship with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role based on performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Identify manual workflows across the business and eliminate them using automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and Python scripting - Build and maintain internal ops tooling in Notion, Airtable, and Linear - Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across Europe (lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, supplement manufacturers) - Own the customer experience end-to-end: onboarding, scheduling blood draws, results delivery, and retention - Communicate directly with German-speaking clinics, partners, and customers - Tackle ambiguous operational problems and ship solutions quickly WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Dealbreakers (must-haves): - Native German proficiency and fluent English — both are mandatory - Ability and willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Monday–Friday - Visa eligibility to work in Germany (sponsorship is not available) Required: - 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field - Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a rigorous degree programme (engineering, business, life sciences, or computer science) - Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools: n8n, Zapier, and/or Make - Python scripting ability for operational automation - Experience building internal tooling with Notion, Airtable, and/or Linear - Proven ability to coordinate across multiple external stakeholders - Owner mindset: fast execution, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action - Genuine enthusiasm for preventive health and longevity COMPENSATION &
