Full Job Description
Position Overview We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and play a central role in keeping Condukt running smoothly and growing efficiently. This is a high-ownership, high-variety role sitting at the intersection of recruiting coordination, business operations, and internal projects, while working directly alongside the founding team. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to recruiting operations: coordinating with hiring stakeholders, managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles, and owning the end-to-end logistics of our hiring process. Beyond that, the role spans day-to-day business operations, process improvement, and execution of strategic initiatives. As an early-stage, fast-growing company, we value people who move quickly, take ownership without being asked, and are never too proud to take on any task. We are looking for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, build, and make things work - and who naturally reaches for AI tools and automation to do it better. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy getting things done across very different domains, and want direct exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth AI startup, this role is for you. This is a full-time 4- to 6-month internship with a path to conversion to a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit. Start date: as soon as possible.
