What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Process payroll in Gusto
Monitor employee attendance
and performance metrics
and adjust monthly work schedules
Coordinate daily communication with store managers
Administer company policies and internal procedures
Prepare and manage employee documentation
Support workforce planning and scheduling coverage
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Coordinate with external platforms and vendors
Assist leadership with operational reporting
