What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience with RHEL or Linux systems administration, 2+ years of experience deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments, 2+ years of experience working with cloud service offerings, Experience using containerization tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or Helm, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform and Ansible, Experience in code versioning with Git, including GitLab or Bitbucket, Experience working in a direct customer support role, utilizing ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, HS diploma or GED, Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
Nice to Have
Experience in scripting or programming, including in Python, Go, and Bash, Experience with ITIL Service Management principles, Experience with SSO, including Keycloak, Okta, or similar, Experience with Big Data platforms or Cross Domain Solutions, Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques, Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Bachelor's degree in a related field
