As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud infrastructure and technologies while continuing to grow your SRE experience. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 2+ years of experience with RHEL or Linux systems administration and various Linux-based web stacks * 2+ years of experience deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments * 2+ years of experience working with cloud service offerings such as compute, storage, databases, DNS, load balancers, and identity and access management * Experience using containerization tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or Helm * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform and Ansible * Experience in code versioning with Git, including GitLab or Bitbucket * Experience working in a direct customer support role, utilizing ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * HS diploma or GED * Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date **Nice If You Have:** * Experience in scripting or programming, including in Python, Go, and Bash * Experience with ITIL Service Management principles * Experience with SSO, including Keycloak, Okt
