Must Have
Previous operational experience within the financial services industry, Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems, highly proficient using Excel, Organisation and prioritisation skills, being able to work independently and within a team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an eye for detail, Experience with 3rd Party providers portals and functionality
Nice to Have
Previous pensions experience, Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1) or equivalent, GCSE’s (or equivalent) at level C or higher in relevant subject, Relevant professional qualifications e. g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate
What You'll Do.
Manage and process all aspects of administration on the BestSIPP Proposition
Manage client’s cash flow with Key SIPP providers
ensure withdrawals and investments are processed accurately
Managing the SIPP and Provider Administration mailboxes daily
responding to queries within the agreed SLA
checking of SIPP provider forms
Process agency transfers for clients
Update the CRM system to maintain a clear audit trail
Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with providers
